What you share with us
The project form collects your name, email address, brand, service preference, budget, and project description. You may also provide a website and timeline. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
How an inquiry is handled
We use these details to review your request and discuss potential work. The server sends the inquiry to the studio’s private Telegram chat using the Telegram Bot API. This website does not use an email-delivery service for form submissions.
Security and service providers
The hosting provider processes requests and may retain technical access logs. Short-lived rate-limit counters and hashed submission receipts are stored on the server, separately from the public website, for the PHP deployment. They do not contain the full inquiry. Counters expire after 15 minutes, processing locks after two minutes, and confirmed delivery receipts after 24 hours. Expired entries are removed on the next valid submission. IP addresses are hashed with a server-held secret.
If the owner enables Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare processes verification signals to help prevent automated abuse. Telegram processes and stores delivered messages under its own terms and privacy policy. The owner must confirm the applicable service-provider agreements, locations, and transfer safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics and does not set application cookies. Fonts, posters, and portfolio videos are served locally. An optional verification service may process browser signals; its use must be reflected in the published policy.
Retention and your choices
The owner must define how long inquiries remain in Telegram and any subsequent business records. Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. The appropriate contact and authority must be supplied before publication.
